With over three decades of experience in the post-acute care continuum, Dr. Baldwin is a nationally certified Director of Nursing, Certified Health Facility Manager, and Certified Infection Preventionist. Her extensive expertise has helped organizations meet Quality of Care outcomes per local, state, and federal regulatory guidelines. As a transformative leader, Dr. Baldwin consistently delivers top-tier results through collaborative and innovative strategies.
